Remove your headrest.
First start by removing the headrest from the vehicle. See our removal guides with help for your specific model.
Ship the headrest to us.
The headrest must then be shipped to us using your carrier of choice. The shipping address is provided after purchasing the repair service.
The headrest is repaired.
We carefully inspect, repair and add our custom upgrades including stainless steel support brackets to your headrest. We will reset the headrest back to the non-deployed position.
Your headrest is shipped back to you.
The last part of the process is return shipping. This is done generally within the same business day.
